Job summary

A well-established logistics service provider is seeking an IT Support professional in Klang City, Malaysia. Responsibilities include maintaining office hardware, troubleshooting IT issues, and providing support to staff. The ideal candidate has a Certificate/Diploma in IT or Computer Science and 1–2 years of IT support experience. Familiarity with networking and good communication skills are essential. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.00 pm, with a service-oriented attitude preferred.

Job description

The company is an established total logistics solution service provider. It offers professional logistical solution designed to meet the various needs of importers and exporters.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot office computers, printers, and basic hardware.
• Maintain office server including Exabytes hosting and SQL Accounting system.
• Monitor and support office network connectivity (LAN, WiFi, routers).
• Coordinate and compile user requirements for WizForwarding system improvements (design/documentation only – no coding or database work).
• Perform daily checks and basic troubleshooting on Autobot systems (automation tools).
• Provide first-level IT support to staff and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Maintain IT documentation and asset records.

Requirements

• Certificate/Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in IT support roles.
• Familiar with basic networking, Windows OS, and printer setup.
• Exposure to SQL Accounting system is a plus.
• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
• Good communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.
• Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage).
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm.
• Willing to work at Taman Bayu Perdana, Klang.
