Job summary

A technology service provider in Malaysia is seeking a dedicated technician to provide client support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.   • Academic degree: Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
  • Knowledge in troubleshooting hardware and software.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field.

  • Self‑starter, responsible, analytical with good‑attitude.
  • Good communication and technical skills with consultative skills and customer‑oriented skills.
  • Initiative, fast learner and confident.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and correct or advise on operational issues in client computer systems.
  • Perform onsite service at clients' locations as and when required.
  • Undertake any‑hoc assignments as and when required.
