Who are they looking for?

Educational Background: At least Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field to provide strong technical foundation.

Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin, English and Malay for effective communication with diverse team members and stakeholders.

IT Experience: Minimum 6 years' experience in IT Operations, infrastructure or technical support with proven track record in technical management.
