IT/ Tech Recruitment Consultant (Associate to Principal)
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize social media networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter), Job Portals and niche platforms (e.g., GitHub), networking, referrals to identify and connect with potential candidates.
- Database Management: Maintain and update candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other internal databases.
- Screening: Review online portfolios and resumes to pre‑screen candidates and ensure they meet the job requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Account Managers to understand the specific needs of each position and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Networking: Build and maintain a network of potential candidates and industry professionals.
- Recruitment Marketing: Develop and implement recruitment marketing campaigns to attract qualified candidates.
- Metrics: Measure and report on key recruiting metrics, such as source of hire and time‑to‑fill.
- Follow‑Up: Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Business Development / Account Management: Actively reach out to potential clients, and/or build strong relationships with existing clients, to further business goals.

- Degree holder in any discipline
- Experienced, high‑performing recruiters may be considered for Senior or Principal roles
- Candidates with no experience but highly driven and willing to learn may apply for a Trainee position.
- Experience in the Recruitment industry / sales and business development is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
