Job summary

A leading international life sciences company is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to manage and maintain IT systems, including servers and backups. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant IT field and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of Microsoft OS, virtualisation, and networking is essential. The position involves working hours from 2 PM to 11 PM MYT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree focusing on IT Hardware, Systems Administration or Networking required.
• 3+ years experience in Systems Administrator or equivalent roles.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. MCSE, CCNA, VCP) are favorable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Eurofins’ IT Systems, including server and backup management.
• Assist in local or regional projects for Eurofins teams.
• Plan and execute transition processes for newly acquired businesses.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written English

Knowledge of Microsoft OS (Server 2012 / 2016 / 2019, Windows XP / 7 / 10)

Knowledge of virtualisation and backup solutions

Knowledge of networking

Troubleshooting computer hardware

Managing Active Directory DS, DNS, DHCP, and GPOs

Organizational and time management skills

Interpersonal and communication skills

Education

Bachelor or equivalent in relevant IT fields

At least 3 years' experience in Systems Administrator roles
