Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment.
• Monitor system and network performance, conduct regular patching, updates, and backups, and implement cybersecurity best practices.
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and resolve hardware, software, and network issues reported by end-users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, plan, and implement IT infrastructure projects and upgrades.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and incident reports.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of hands‑on experience in Windows Server administration and enterprise network management.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, LAN/WAN architecture, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and network security principles.
• Proficient in managing Active Directory, Group Policies, and system backup solutions.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Relevant certifications, such as MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, or their equivalent, are highly desirable.
