Qualifications

• Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology.

• Preferably Executive specializing in Information Technology or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• To install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
• To monitor and maintain computer systems and networks;
• To communicate with users through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues;
• To troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• To adhere to MIS compliance processes for IT related request.
• To provide IT-related support for regional and local users

Job Requirement

• Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology
• Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience.
• Preferably Executive specializing in Information Technology or equivalent.
