Job description

To provide IT support, coordination, proactive monitoring, maintenance, and technical assistance across PC/Desktop, printers, POS, network, security, and event AV setups. The role is to coordinate with IT vendors and ensure smooth IT operations for office environments, including event coordination and vendor liaison.

Requirement

SPM / Diploma in IT, or equivalent.

Basic knowledge of IT operations, using Microsoft 365/Office, documentation skills, troubleshooting skills etc.

Fast-response, experience with end-user device support is an advantage.

Well-behaved, Polite, Good communication skills for liaison with vendors and team members.

Proactive, able to work independently, less supervisory, and flexibility for standby during events.

Working Conditions

Normal hours based on site and office operational times, weekends and public holidays (occasional)

On-call duty during events and for critical issues.

Travel between site and office locations as required.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and support IT Infrastructure & Device Management

  • support PC/Desktop, door access system.
  • Maintain POS

2. Network & Security Monitoring

  • Daily monitoring ISP performance and conduct network health checks.
  • Liaise with ISP for network-related issues.
  • Monitoring CCTV system health checks and coordinate with CCTV vendor.
  • Coordinate and maintain network security setup.

3. Event & AV Support

  • Coordinate IT resources and provide basic AV setup for events: HDMI cables, dongles, projectors.
