Job description

The IT Support Executive provides hands‑on support for users, devices, and Microsoft 365 services, with a strong focus on endpoint management, security, and day‑to‑day operations in a modern workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first‑level and second‑level support for hardware, software, and basic network issues (Windows, macOS, mobile devices).
  • Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and standard office applications.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 services, including user accounts, email (Exchange Online), SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Enroll, configure, and monitor devices using Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM), including deployment of apps, policies, and compliance settings.
  • Assist with creating and maintaining simple automations and workflows using Power Automate to support business processes.
  • Manage user lifecycle activities: account creation, permission changes, license assignment, and deactivation in Microsoft 365 and Azure AD.
  • Support data backup routines, basic server or cloud resource access, and ensure endpoints receive updates and patches.
  • Monitor and escalate cybersecurity alerts, help enforce security policies (MFA, conditional access, device compliance), and support incident response activities as directed.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and support tickets using a helpdesk or ticketing system.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or desktop support role (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are also encouraged to apply).
  • Practical experience with Microsoft 365 administration (user management, email, basic SharePoint/Teams support).
  • Basic experience or strong interest in Microsoft Intune, endpoint management, and modern device management concepts.
  • Good understanding of Windows operating systems; exposure to macOS and mobile platforms is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, Wi‑Fi, VPN) and basic troubleshooting.
  • Awareness of cybersecurity best practices such as strong passwords, MFA, phishing awareness, and device compliance.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, willingness to learn, and the ability to communicate clearly with non‑technical users.
