Job summary

A global manufacturing company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking passionate IT professionals to drive business process optimization with Office 365 tools. The ideal candidate should have a degree in IT, at least 2 years of experience, and strong SQL skills. Responsibilities include optimizing processes using RPA and AI, providing IT support across ASEAN, and managing incident resolution. This position requires willingness to travel and work in shifts, five days a week.

Qualifications

Our client is a global manufacturing company, and they are seeking passionate IT professionals who can drive business process optimization using Office 365 tools (Power Automate, SharePoint, Power BI), RPA, and AI to enable workflow automation and digital transformation. The ideal candidate will maintain and enhance applications through SQL-based troubleshooting and system improvements, while also providing comprehensive IT support for hardware, software, and network systems across ASEAN offices.

Job Responsibilities
  • Optimize Business Processes by implementing Office 365 tools (Power Automate, SharePoint, Power BI), RPA, and AI solutions to drive workflow automation and digital transformation.
  • Maintain and Enhance Applications through SQL-based troubleshooting, system improvements, and development of simple tools to support daily operations.
  • Provide IT Support including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network systems across ASEAN offices, ensuring cybersecurity compliance.
  • Manage Incident Resolution by responding to user requests, resolving technical issues promptly, and coordinating with stakeholders for smooth operations.
  • Support setup by handling IT infrastructure installation (PCs, printers, networks) and liaising with vendors for successful implementation.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT or BPO industry (IT-related roles).
  • Strong knowledge of IT fundamentals (PC, printer, network).
  • Hands‑on experience in application development and system maintenance using SQL.
  • Degree in IT or related field.
  • Valid passport and willingness to travel within ASEAN countries.
  • To be considered for this role, the relevant rights to work in Malaysia are required. Candidates who require work pass need not apply.
Other information
  • 5 working days: Monday to Friday.
  • Rotational shifts between 8:30 AM and 12:00 AM.
  • Weekend or public holiday work may be required based on operational needs.
