Seeking a passionate technology professional to join our team as an SCCM Technical Support Engineer. This role involves providing high‑level technical support and consultancy to enterprise customers, helping optimize IT environments through proactive guidance, troubleshooting, and strategic solutions. The position focuses on improving system health, availability, and performance while building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver technical leadership and consulting to enterprise clients.
  • Provide proactive services to prevent issues and drive digital transformation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve critical technical problems.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Conduct training sessions, presentations, and provide documentation.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant experience with minimum SPM education.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (bilingual support role).
  • Solid understanding of ITIL/Service Management practices.
  • Ability to combine technical expertise with business needs.
