We are seeking a talented and experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team at Asia E-Pros Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam, Selangor. As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our customer company's IT infrastructure and systems. This is a full‑time position that offers opportunities for growth and development within a dynamic and innovative organization.

What you’ll be doing
  • Respond to and resolve user support requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues
  • Perform system updates, security patches, and backups
  • Manage and maintain the company’s network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and wireless access points
  • Provide training and support to end‑users on the proper use of IT systems and applications
  • Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and improve existing systems
  • Document and maintain detailed records of IT support activities and resolutions
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support, System‑Integrator, or Distributor
  • Experience with windows environment and endpoint security support and troubleshooting
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
