We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Support professional to join our dynamic team at EXCELTECH SYSTEM SOLUTIONS SDN. BHD in Segambut, Kuala Lumpur. As an IT Support, you will be responsible for providing efficient and responsive technical assistance to our clients, ensuring their IT systems and infrastructure remain reliable and operational.

Responsibilities

• Preparation/install/Configuration on POS software/hardware.
• Online & Phone call support/training/troubleshooting for call-in customers (At Office)
• To works closely with the senior staff
• Must be co-operative and friendly

Requirements

• Goods interpersonal and communication skills
• Self motivated and able to work independently
• Fresh graduates/SPM/Intern level applicants are encouraged to apply
• Possess own transport & valid driving license will be an added advantage
• Willing to travel when require.
• Required language(s): Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia. "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."
• Preferred language(s): English is a must
• Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
