Job description

Visions Transport Enterprise Sdn Bhd – Petaling

System Compliance

Ensure system compliance for the Visions Transport TMS System.

Monitor TMS performance, data accuracy, and system availability.

Enforce IT policies, procedures, and security standards related to transport systems.

Driver Performance & Reporting

Prepare and review weekly driver performance reports using TMS/Vizfleet data.

Analyze system data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.

Share actionable insights with operations and management teams.

Application & TMS Maintenance

Oversee day-to-day maintenance of company applications and TMS platforms.

Coordinate system updates, patches, and enhancements.

Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution.

Act as the escalation point for system and application issues: Driver → IT → Developer.

Log, track, and prioritize incidents and service requests.

Coordinate with external developers to resolve complex issues within defined timeframes.

Training & User Support

Conduct training sessions for drivers on the Vizfleet application.

Develop training materials, user guides, and SOPs for system usage.

Provide ongoing support to drivers and staff to ensure effective system adoption.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).

Experience with Transport Management Systems (TMS) and fleet management applications (TMS experience is an advantage).

Strong understanding of system compliance, application support, and IT operations.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

Ability to work with drivers and developers effectively.

Preferred Experience

2–5 years of experience in IT support or supervision, preferably in logistics or transportation.

Experience generating operational or performance reports.

Hands‑on experience with system training and user support.
