What you’ll be doing

• Overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the IT department
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex hardware and software issues in a timely manner
• Implementing and maintaining IT security protocols to protect systems and data
• Coordinating with various departments to assess IT requirements and providing solutions
• Monitoring system performance and implementing measures to optimise efficiency
• Providing on‑call support and emergency troubleshooting as needed
• Documenting IT processes and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements

What we’re looking for
