• Providing on-site technical support and troubleshooting for desktop computers, laptops, printers and other IT equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve a wide range of IT problems in a timely and efficient manner.
• Document support activities and maintain detailed records of incidents and resolutions.
• Continuously improve IT support processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of IT knowledge resources and documentation.
• Assist with the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software as needed.
• Monitor and maintain the company’s internal systems.
• Coordinate with vendors or developers for system issues, enhancements, and updates.
• Monitor server performance, storage, updates, and security patches.
• Support network-related issues.
• Ad-hoc tasks from superior.
