IT Solution Architect

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Solution Architect to design and deliver end-to-end technology solutions that drive business transformation and innovation.

In this role, you will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders across multiple domains to develop architectural roadmaps, ensure technical alignment, and define scalable, future‑ready solutions that meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect comprehensive, end-to-end solutions that align with enterprise architecture and business objectives.
• Partner with business and IT leaders to develop architecture roadmaps and ensure ongoing alignment across projects.
• Define solution building blocks and contribute to the architecture repository, including standards, guidelines, and playbooks.
• Conduct implementation assurance to ensure delivery teams adhere to approved designs.
• Perform technology selection and manage technical debt to maintain a sustainable technology environment.
• Develop application roadmaps and obtain architecture board approvals for key design decisions.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect, designing and implementing complex solutions across multiple domains (application, infrastructure, data, and cloud).
• Strong understanding of architectural and design patterns, solution modeling (C4, Arch42, UML), and enterprise frameworks such as TOGAF.
• Proven experience developing standards, guidelines, and reusable architecture components.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with the insurance industry and related technologies is an advantage.
