Job description

As an IT Software Project manager cum Business Analyst, you are responsible for spearheading and coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, within cost, and with quality. Key duties include client communication, project documentation, risk and issue management, change request handling, and team support. Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills are essential for successful delivery and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead, coordinate, and communicate between the client/product team, management team, software technical team, UI/UX team, and quality assurance team.
• Strong stakeholder management is a must. Ability to manage challenges internally and externally, build and maintain good working rapport with clients.
• Meet with clients to gather, align, and deliver project requirements.
• Work both as part of a team and independently to deliver the assigned projects.
• Maintain strong organization and communication skills.
• Produce detailed project documentation.
• Coach and support the project team.
• Identify, analyze, and perform change requests.
• Monitor projects to ensure quality within time, scope, cost, and quality.
• Diagnose issues professionally and provide solutions for successful project delivery.
• Manage risk and provide solutions to management and stakeholders for decision‑making.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science OR equivalent.
• Candidate must possess at least 3–4 years of project management experience in the software development industry OR equivalent.
• Strong analytical and written skills with the ability to translate business requirements from end users to technical requirements.
• Strong team player.
• Able to work under stress to meet deadlines.
• Responsive and have self‑initiative to ensure project quality.
