Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and process assistance to end-users.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot IT problems.
  • Log IT requisition/problems into Ticketing System.
  • Provide 1st line support on Enterprise Applications.
  • Prepare activity reports and inform management of recurring problems.
