About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Senior Executive to join our dynamic team at PH World Property Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru, Johor. As an IT Senior Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the day‑to‑day IT operations, infrastructure, and technical support, ensuring all systems—especially property‑specific software—run efficiently, securely, and in alignment with business needs.

What you’ll be doing

• Oversee the day‑to‑day management and troubleshooting of IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
• Provide technical support and resolve issues for employees, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Assist with evaluation, negotiation, and management of IT services and hardware/software vendor relationships.
• Lead or participate in IT projects such as system upgrades and digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize technology resources.
• Support specialized applications and systems in the company.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest technology trends and industry developments, and recommend improvements to IT infrastructure.

What we’re looking for

• At least a Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar IT support or system/network administrator role, preferably within the property development or construction industry.
• Strong technical skills and expertise in managing and troubleshooting network systems, servers, and software applications.
• Proficiency in implementing and maintaining information security measures such as firewalls, antivirus software, and access controls.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve IT‑related issues.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Working knowledge of database administration (e.g., MS SQL Server) and scripting languages is a plus.
• Proficiency in front‑end and back‑end programming languages is an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
