We are seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst with hands‑on experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation and post-launch support.
You will play a key role in bridging business objectives with technological solutions, ensuring every initiative drives measurable improvements in efficiency and productivity.

Job Responsibilities
Business Requirement Analysis

Partner with users to capture and understand operational challenges, goals, and expectations.

Define and document functional and technical requirements in a structured, comprehensive manner.

Conduct gap analysis, impact studies, and feasibility assessments for new initiatives.

Translate business needs into actionable specifications for IT and development teams.

Process Evaluation & Solution Design

Map and assess existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and automation.

Collaborate with technical teams to design and recommend IT-enabled solutions that align with business strategy.

Introduce best practices and innovative approaches to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity.

Project Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

Support project planning, progress tracking, and coordination of deliverables.

Act as a communication bridge between business users, developers, and vendors.

Lead and facilitate discussions, workshops, and stakeholder presentations to ensure project alignment.

Testing & Validation

Develop and execute testing plans and UAT scenarios to verify that solutions meet business needs.

Coordinate UAT activities and manage system defect or enhancement tracking.

Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards.

Documentation & User Enablement

Prepare and maintain BRD (Business Requirement Documents), FSD (Functional Specification Documents), and user manuals.

Conduct user training sessions and provide support during rollout and post-deployment phases.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent.

3‑4 years of hands‑on experience in business analysis, process mapping, and system implementation.

Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum frameworks.

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and interpersonal communication skills.

Able to identify operational issues and think critically.

Proven ability to translate business problems into clear IT requirements and actionable solutions.

Able to clearly and convincingly communicate with various stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.

Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
