Job description

Develop, review and maintain IT policies, standards and governance frameworks.

Conduct IT risk assessments, monitor security events, and support incident investigations.

Prepare, maintain and update compliance documentation, audit records and technical system diagrams.

Implement and manage endpoint protection, firewall configurations and backup security policies to safeguard data and systems.

Lead and support cybersecurity incident response, including containment, investigation, root cause analysis, and preventive actions.

Promote staff awareness on IT security and compliance, fostering a culture of accountability and safe cybersecurity practices across the organization.

Monitor, maintain and optimize the performance, reliability and security of IT infrastructure components.

Perform any other related duties as and when required.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or any related field.

2 - 3 years of experience in IT compliance, governance, cybersecurity or infrastructure operations.

Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity principles, tools and frameworks including firewalls, risk management, incident response, Windows Server administration, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, virtualization and networking (e.g; Cisco, Fortinet).

Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with users at all levels.

Ability to work under pressure, with flexibility to travel or provide support after office hours when required.
