What You’ll Do
- Identify, pursue, and manage tender opportunities, contracts, and business leads in IT products and services
- Conduct client needs analysis and recommend tailored IT solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, clients, and key stakeholders
- Keep up with market trends, competitor activity, and procurement policies to inform strategic decisions
- Represent the company at client meetings, briefings, and industry events
- Lead end-to-end tender processes including preparation, documentation, submission, and follow-up
- Coordinate with technical, finance, and operations teams to ensure proposals are complete, compliant, and competitive
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipelines, and outcomes
What You Bring
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related disciplines
- 2–5 years of experience in indirect sales – IT business development, tender management, or solution sales
- Proven track record in securing contracts and achieving sales targets independently
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Strong knowledge of IT products and services including IT System Integration, Network Infrastructure, Server, Firewall, Wireless, Outsourced IT support, WiFi design and implementation
- Own transport and willingness to travel within the Klang Valley
