About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at VSTECS Ku Sdn Bhd. As an IT Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of IT projects within our organisation. This full‑time position is based in Kota Damansara, Selangor, and will involve managing projects across various aspects of our business.

What you’ll be doing

• Developing and implementing project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure the successful completion of IT projects.
• Coordinating and managing cross‑functional teams, including IT, business, and external stakeholders, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks, and implementing appropriate risk management strategies.
• Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensuring projects adhere to company policies, industry standards, and best practices.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing efficient project management techniques.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the ability to liaise effectively with both technical and non‑technical teams.
• Proficient in the use of project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Familiar with enterprise IT solutions such as Cloud services, Data Center Infrastructure, Enterprise Networking and Cybersecurity.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross‑functional teams.
• Certification in project management, such as PMP, Scrum Master or PRINCE2, is an advantage.
