Responsibilities

• Own key client projects – scope, plan and deliver end-to-end project execution, from concept to launch
• Coordinate with impact – bridge & align clients, internal teams and vendors for flawless delivery
• Define & negotiate – spearhead proposals, agreements and strategic partnerships
• Manage resources & timelines – track, allocate resources and motivate the team
• Monitor & report – use tools to measure performance, manage project scope/changes, risks and escalate when needed
• Build relationships – be the main contact for clients and stakeholders; foster trust across the board
• Champion process – keep documentation sharp, processes smooth and standards high

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or related field
• 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master with proven software project delivery
• Passion for software/web/mobile apps. You love understanding how technology comes together (no coding required but you are vested in the process!)
• Meticulous, analytical and pro at setting systems for top-quality results
• Excellent communication – you connect teams, report clearly and write concisely
• Strategic thinking – make effective trade-offs for on-time, high-quality delivery
• Agile, SDLC or financial app experience is ali>
• Proactive, results-driven and able to inspire teams
