The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and technical skills to oversee project planning, resource allocation, and execution. Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines ensuring timely completion of milestones.

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.

• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.

• Perform risk management to minimize project risks and ensure project success.

• Monitor and report on project progress, including detailed status updates to stakeholders.

• Lead regular meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and track project performance.

• Ensure resource availability and allocation throughout the project lifecycle.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and uphold companys quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2 certification, or similar credentials preferred.

• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.

• Strong technical knowledge across IT infrastructure, software development, or cloud solutions.

• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience

• 5+ years of proven experience in IT project management or in a similar role.

• Demonstrated success in managing multiple complex technology projects simultaneously.

• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project environments.

• Prior experience collaborating with cross-functional technical and business teams.

Working Hours

• Full-Time: 40 hours per week

• Flexible scheduling with core working hours between 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (local time)

• Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to meet project deadlines
