A leading consultancy firm is seeking candidates for an IT Project Management Office role in Kuala Lumpur. Responsibilities include planning and managing security projects, supporting security policy development, and conducting security audits. Applicants should have project management experience, knowledge of information security, and strong communication skills. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Plan, monitor, and manage security projects as part of PMO activities, including risk management and progress tracking.
Support the development and enforcement of security policies and guidelines.
Coordinate and collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to promote security measures.
Assist in incident response and prepare detailed incident reports.
Conduct regular security audits and manage follow-up activities.
Create and maintain project-related documentation.
Support the implementation of security training and awareness programs.
Proven experience in project management, preferably in a PMO role with regional exposure.
Solid understanding of information security principles and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong problem‑solving and risk management abilities.
Basic IT knowledge (networks, systems, etc.).
Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with strong communication and presentation skills.
