Job description

Job Responsibility

Performs daily, monthly and yearly IT Operation tasks as per IT Operation checklist and update accordingly the valuable data and information.

Daily/weekly/monthly production report distribution

Unlock, enable, reset and deal with password or account issues related to AS400, Active Directory and other system in scope

Carry out backup management tasks and offside the media (daily, weekly and monthly backup routine)

Provide support as per business requirement

System and infrastructure monitoring, inclusive computer room.

Assist to perform table setup and change authority limit in Production system during un-availability of the PIC.

Provide technical support to maintain both hardware, software and other peripheral equipment to ensure optimal performance with high level of productivity.

Assist IT Technical Support lead to handle a complex technical troubleshooting inclusive upgrade roll-out and work continuously on a task until completion.

Assist IT Disaster Recovery Coordinator during the disaster recovery and business continuity plans or crisis.

Undertake any other duties of a similar level and responsibility as may be required from time to time.

Job Requirement

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science

Preferably with 1 year experience in AS400 and Batch Job Processing or in first level IT Support and troubleshooting.

Experienced in computer software, hardware, and peripherals, with strong troubleshooting skills.

Able to collaborate in team environments and open towards shift-based schedules
