Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hands‑on Onsite IT Support Engineer to provide daily technical support across servers, networks, end‑user devices, and production systems. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, experience in production environments, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities 1. Server Support

• Perform first‑level troubleshooting for servers (hardware and OS related).
• Monitor server health and elevate issues to Level 2/3 teams when required.
• Assist with basic server maintenance tasks such as log checking and reboot coordination.

2. Network Support

• Identify and understand network devices including switches, routers, and access points.
• Perform cable patching, port tracing, and basic network diagnostics.
• Support network connectivity issues for users and production systems.

3. Laptop & Desktop Support

• Install and configure Operating Systems using SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager).
• Provide basic to intermediate troubleshooting for hardware, OS, and application issues.
• Manage device imaging, deployment, upgrades, and replacement units.

4. MES / Production Support

• Troubleshoot issues related to Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) in a production environment.
• Handle both application‑level and hardware‑level MES issues.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve system interruptions quickly to minimize downtime.

Requirements Technical Requirements

• Basic to intermediate understanding of Windows Server and Windows OS.
• Familiar with network fundamentals (VLAN, IP basics, patching).
• Experience using SCCM for OS deployment.
• Hands‑on experience supporting MES, shop‑floor systems, or manufacturing IT environments (preferred).
