About the Company

We deliver networking, server, storage and cloud solutions across Malaysia including Petaling Jaya, Kuala Lumpur, Shah Alam, Klang, Cyberjaya, Putrajaya, Penang, Kuching and Kota Kinabalu.

Overview

1. Computer Server and network equipment – IT Support, IT Maintenance, IT Outsource, IT Repair Service
   • Server setup and installation (Dell, HPE, Lenovo, PC, Notebook, Storage, NAS, SAN)
   • Operating system management (Microsoft Windows Server, Linux Server, VMware, Hyper‑V)
   • Backup and recovery (Arcserve, Acronis, Symmetra UPS, APC UPS)
   • Cabling, network rack, KVM switches, power distribution units
2. Network integration and system integration
   • Internet Load Balancer – Peplink
   • Firewall – Cisco, Sangfor, Fortinet, VPN, Proxy, Web filtering, WAN optimization
   • Switches – Cisco, Huawei, Aruba, H3C, Pepwave wireless equipment, WIFI access points
   • Cabling, rack, UPS, UPS–Centralized, UPS–Standalone
3. Data Center and Server Room Design & Build
   • UPS – Centralized UPS, Standalone UPS
   • Power distribution, rack infrastructure, cooling

Responsibilities

• Maintain and configure existing customer IT systems, PCs, servers, firewalls, switches and internet load balancers.
• Prepare documentation of customer IT setups.
• Co‑ordinate post‑sales activities during project implementation, installation and configuration.
• Coordinate vendor and internal resources.
• Possibly work at customer sites during IT outsource projects.
• Schedule off‑office hour standby and outstation as required.
• Provide coaching to junior engineers when necessary.

Requirements

• Professional Certificate in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 1–2 years of working experience in a related field.
• Proficiency with Cisco, Fortinet, Sangfor, and Microsoft certifications (advantage).
• Preferred skills: network switch configuration, firewall configuration, server installation, MS Server & MS SQL setup, VMware, Hyper‑V, backup software (Symantec, Acronis or others), PC setup.
• English proficiency.
• Must be a Malaysian citizen or hold relevant residence status.
