Qualifications

• 5-10 years of progressive IT experience in manufacturing industry, specialized in ERP & production automation support.
• Minimum 2-3 years in IT leadership or managerial role.
• Experience in development, installation, configuration or troubleshooting of hardware and software is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and enhance servers' architecture and configure IT hardware.
• Monitor anti-virus protection systems and encrypt data for cybersecurity.
• Manage maintenance of servers and workstations with Microsoft operating systems.
• Provide full support to business and operational requirements for ERP.
• Implement and execute standard procedures for IT system administration.
