We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead and oversee all IT operations for our retail business. This role involves managing IT infrastructure, retail systems, and applications, ensuring smooth daily operations, cybersecurity, and business continuity. The ideal candidate will drive technology strategies, support store operations, manage vendor relationships, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency, customer experience, and business growth. Preference will be given to Chinese-speaking candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and retail systems to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage POS systems, ERP, and other retail applications.
- Develop and implement IT policies, standards, and security protocols.
- Plan and execute IT projects, system upgrades, and technology initiatives.
- Monitor cybersecurity measures and respond to IT incidents or breaches.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for hardware/software support.
- Provide technical support to store outlets, HQ, and end-users.
- Drive process improvements and leverage technology to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of IT experience, with at least 2–3 years in retail IT management preferred.
- Strong knowledge of retail systems, POS, ERP, networks, and IT infrastructure.
- Experience with cybersecurity, data protection, and business continuity planning.
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead a team effectively.
- Mandarin language proficiency preferred to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Leadership & Team Management – Guide IT teams to deliver efficient solutions.
- Technical Expertise – Strong knowledge of retail IT systems, networks, and security.
- Problem Solving – Quickly troubleshoot and resolve IT issues.
- Project Management – Plan, implement, and monitor IT initiatives.
