Responsibilities

• Manage overall IT strategy, operations and infrastructure.
• Lead and manage the IT team responsible for providing support and services to the Company.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
• Monitor website and system performance and ensure data security and integrity.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, and hardware/software platforms.
• Planning and managing the IT budget, including allocating resources, tracking expenditures, and optimizing costs.
• Carry out any other ad-hoc assignments given by management from time-to-time.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of working experience in the IT field with supervisory skills.
• Proven experience as an IT manager or in a similar role.
