Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as a Project Coordinator for ongoing IT and healthcare technology projects.
• Possess strong understanding of PACS solutions and Teleradiology systems.
• Lead and provide Level 2 technical and system support to the IT Support team.
• Coordinate with software principals and vendors for system implementation, customization, and troubleshooting.
• Provide system and server support, including monitoring, maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Manage and support cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure and AWS.
• Handle domain hosting and related services.
• Manage and maintain Fortinet firewalls, Dell servers, Dell storage, and network switches.
• Oversee office internet connectivity and wireless network infrastructure.
• Provide IT support and consultancy services to sister companies and subsidiary (child) business units.
• Handle and support GDPMD audits and related compliance activities.
• Maintain up-to-date IT documentation, SOPs, and system inventories.
