Job Description

Our Company is currently expanding! We are looking for aspiring individuals to join our team as an IT Manager. You play an important role in supporting marketing related activities.

Develop, implement, and maintain the organization’s IT strategy in alignment with business objectives.

Define and enforce IT policies, standards, and best practices across departments.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of all IT systems including network, servers, databases, software applications and hardware across the business.

2. Software & System Development

Oversee design, development, testing and deployment of in-house systems and enterprise applications.

Collaborate with business units to define technical requirements and implement effective digital solutions.

Write, review and optimize system architecture and source code when required.

Ensure system scalability, data integrity and performance optimization.

Maintain proper documentation, version control and development workflow processes.

3. Hardware & Infrastructure Management

Supervise installation, maintenance and upgrades of all IT hardware, network systems and servers.

Ensure uptime, data backup and disaster recovery procedures are effectively implemented.

Conduct regular infrastructure audits to identify and resolve vulnerabilities.

Supervising computer hardware maintenance and upgrades.

4. Security & Compliance

Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols, access control and system monitoring.

Ensure compliance with internal IT governance, data protection and external regulatory standards.

Perform periodic risk assessments and security reviews.

Plan and lead IT projects from concept to delivery, ensuring quality, timelines and budget compliance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support digital transformation and automation initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 7 years as an IT role.
• A clear understanding of client/server technology and network architecture.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Advanced leadership and conflict management skills.
• Great project management skills, including organization, planning, time management and prioritization.
