A technology solutions provider in Kulim is seeking an Information Technology Manager to lead the local IT team and ensure effective technical support for ERP applications. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, experience in SQL Server and .Net programming, and excellent communication abilities in English and Mandarin. This role requires managing day-to-day operations, gathering business requirements, and overseeing the implementation of IT solutions to align with business goals.
This role will work with corporate IT (based in Shenzhen, China) to lead the current local IT team primarily focused on providing technical support and leadership for applications. It will interact with corporate IT, consultants, and all involved business departments to identify issues, determine options, and enhance the applications that align with Compart Malaysia’s business goals and objectives.
Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting corporate IT on initiating projects such as MES, BI, OA, HRIS, etc., to support future business expansion by gathering requirements, developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, and resource plans to ensure the IT solutions are developed, tested, and implemented to satisfy business requirements.
