In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the hotel's technology infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Based in the vibrant city of Bayan Lepas, Penang, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our Tribute Portfolio hotel.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage and maintain the hotel's information technology systems, including hardware, software, networks, and security
• Develop and implement IT strategies to support the hotel's business objectives
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT equipment and software
• Provide technical support and training to hotel staff, ensuring effective utilisation of technology
• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of IT systems
• Continuously monitor and analyse IT performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for data security and privacy
• Manage the IT budget, optimise costs, and make recommendations for technology investments
• Contribute to the overall success of the hotel by providing strategic IT guidance and supporting business initiatives

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT management role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong technical expertise in managing and troubleshooting a wide range of IT systems, including networks, servers, and software applications
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex IT issues
• Proficient in project management, strategic planning, and budget management
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders
