A leading IT services provider is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to maintain and enhance local and remote infrastructure in a Windows environment. The role involves troubleshooting, system upgrades, and supporting applications. Ideal candidates will have 4-5 years of experience, strong teamwork skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent. This position is essential for ensuring the security and performance of critical IT systems.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of IT experience required.
• Strong knowledge in Windows Server 2019+, VMware ESXi, Azure Cloud.
• Familiar with ITSM, ITIL, and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support Windows servers, VMware, Office 365, and Azure Cloud.
• Troubleshoot system issues and work with vendors for hardware fixes.
• Deploy and support both in-house and third-party applications.
• Monitor performance, create reports, and ensure infrastructure security.
• Participate in system upgrades and infrastructure planning.
• Collaborate with internal teams and document technical procedures.
• Provide support on-site and remotely, ensuring SLAs are met.
