We are looking for an IT Finance Systems Analyst to manage POS and financial data integrations, perform daily reconciliations, and support system improvements across our F&B operations.
Key Responsibilities
System & Application Support
- Support and maintain F&B software systems, including Point-of-Sale (POS), inventory, and related management applications.
- Ensure smooth integration between POS systems, kiosks, food aggregators, and reporting platforms (e.g., Xilnex POS, Navision, SAP B1).
- Support and coordinate integrations with payroll, ERP, and other business systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational accuracy.
- Coordinate with IT vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot system or data issues promptly.
- Monitor and verify daily data synchronization between sales systems and financial ledgers.
Data Management & Reconciliation
- Perform daily reconciliation of F&B system data with financial records (e.g., POS, food aggregators, online channels, bank statements).
- Identify and resolve discrepancies related to sales, payments, and inventory.
- Maintain strong internal controls to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
- Work closely with Finance and Operations to standardize reporting and ensure consistency across outlets.
Process Improvement
- Collaborate with IT and Finance to automate reporting and reconciliation processes.
- Recommend enhancements to system configurations and workflows to improve financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Conduct training for outlet managers and cashiers on proper system usage and reporting procedures.
- Provide ERP usage support and training for HQ teams.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
- Additional certifications in accounting or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Navision) are an advantage.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in IT finance, accounting, or reporting within the F&B or retail industry.
- Hands‑on experience with POS solutions and financial/accounting software (e.g., Xilnex, EIOS POS).
- Strong familiarity with sales data analysis, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
Technical Skills
- In-depth understanding of POS systems.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reconciliation templates, Power BI).
- Basic knowledge of SQL or database queries (preferred).
- Familiarity with data integration or ETL processes between POS and ERP systems.
Soft Skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage and validate data across multiple outlets or locations simultaneously.
