Job summary

A prominent recruitment agency in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a skilled IT support professional to provide day-to-day support for desktops, laptops, and printers. Location: Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur
Employment Type: 1 Year Contract (Renewable) and convertible to permanent
Sign-on Bonus: 1 month salary
Working Days: 5.5 days per week

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and software applications.
  • Maintain and monitor network equipment including routers, switches, and Wi‑Fi access points.
  • Set up, configure, and support company mobile devices and desk phones (VoIP/PABX).
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems (cameras, NVR/DVR, monitoring stations).
  • Manage user accounts, access rights, and file permissions.
  • Perform routine hardware and system maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist in IT asset management, including inventory tracking and lifecycle planning.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, installations, and system upgrades.
  • Ensure data security, system backups, and basic cybersecurity practices are followed.
  • Support IT‑related onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Prepare basic technical documentation and reports when required.
Requirements
