Responsibilities

• Act as the primary IT point of contact for warehouse operations, supporting day‑to‑day system issues, incident management, and service requests.
• Perform root cause analysis on recurring system issues and drive permanent fixes in collaboration with vendors and internal IT teams.
• Coordinate UAT, system enhancements, and configuration changes for warehouse‑related applications prior to production deployment.
• Support system integrations between WMS, ERP (SAP ECC/S/4HANA), TMS, automation systems, and 3PL/4PL partners.
• Manage change requests, release management, and system upgrades to ensure business continuity during warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Project Delivery to deliver IT solutions which meet business requirements.
• Deployment of product management methodologies and standards.
• Deployment of applications within agreed time, cost and quality requirement.
• Deployment of project delivery tools, methodologies and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with internship or project exposure in IT, logistics, or warehousing will be an advantage.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes (e.g. inbound, outbound, inventory, picking, dispatch).
• Exposure to enterprise systems such as WMS, ERP (SAP ECC/S/4HANA), TMS, or similar systems is a plus.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to perform basic troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
