Job Responsibilities

• Technical Support & System Management: Provide hardware and software support to all departments. Ensure all computers, printers, and network equipment function efficiently. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Network & Server Administration: Maintain and monitor servers, firewalls, routers, and switches. Manage network access and ensure smooth internal system operations. Ensure company internet connectivity is stable and secure.
• Cyber Security & Data Protection: Monitor and safeguard systems against cyber threats such as malware, viruses, and hacking attempts. Manage antivirus, firewalls, and overall IT security infrastructure. Conduct regular IT security audits to protect company data.
• Data Management & Backup: Perform regular data backups and recovery processes. Ensure data integrity and quick recovery in case of system failures.
• Software & Hardware Maintenance: Install, configure, and update company software and hardware. Keep operating systems and applications up to date.
• System Development & Improvement: Assist in planning IT projects and system upgrades. Provide recommendations to improve IT infrastructure and enhance productivity.
• Training & Documentation: Prepare user manuals and train staff on new systems. Maintain IT documentation and technical reports for internal reference.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in IT Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Strong knowledge in troubleshooting, networking, server maintenance, and technical support.
• Basic understanding of Cyber Security Firewall, Antivirus, Data Protection
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
