Job Description

Maintain IT inventory records and assist in procurement or vendor coordination.

Assist in IT operations, including system monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Support in hardware/software management, license renewals, and system maintenance schedules.

Provide basic troubleshooting or elevate technical issues.

Assist in data management, analytics, and preparation of IT performance reports.

Coordinate IT setup for new employees and assist in system onboarding.

Coordinate communication between departments for IT related matters.

Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations for the IT departments.

Job Requirement

Candidate must have at least a Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply as training will be provided.

Committed, energetic and have a pleasant personality.

Strong technical understanding of IT systems, networking, and software tools.

Discretion in handling confidential information.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and IT management systems.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a patient, empathetic approach to conflict resolution.

Able to communicate effectively in English & Bahasa Malaysia.

Proficiency in an additional language is an added advantage.
