Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Systems, or related field. (This aligns with general IT Executive standards in Malaysia)
• 1 – 3+ years of relevant IT experience — typically in IT support, network administration, hardware/software troubleshooting, or similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networks
• Understanding of IT security fundamentals (backup, firewall, access control)
• Ability to support servers, networks, and user accounts
• Good communication to help non-technical users with issues

Desirable

• Experience with cloud solutions, virtualization, or cybersecurity tools
• Knowledge of backup/recovery, server administration, or network security best practices
