What You’ll Be Doing
- Ensure Smooth Operations – Perform regular maintenance to keep the live SMS Gateway running efficiently.
- Troubleshoot Issues – Diagnose and resolve problems related to servers, networks, databases, and security.
- Provide Customer Support – Manage support requests from start to finish and ensure timely resolutions.
- Investigate & Escalate – Conduct root cause analysis and elevate complex cases to 2nd-level support (vendor).
- Monitor System Health – Perform daily/weekly/monthly checks and prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate with Vendors – Work with software vendors to fix issues, enhance features, and improve performance.
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction – Ensure SLAs are met and continuously improve service quality.
- Support Growth – Assist sales with customer onboarding and help with software implementation and testing.
- Provide internal IT support when required.
What we’re looking for
- At least Diploma /Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in the following technologies: Linux OS, shell scripting, MySQL, and both web front‑end and back‑end technologies.
- Strong understanding of operating systems, networking, troubleshooting, and firewall technologies.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
