Job description

Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems, including servers, network equipment and computer related devices such as Door access, CCTV and etc.

Perform system administration tasks, such as user account management, software installations and system backups.

Familiarity with manufacturing-specific software and system, such as enterprise resource planning (ERP) and manufacturing execution system (MES).

Provide SAP support activities, IT service requests/tasks assigned.

Stay update on emerging technologies and industry trends, making recommendations for enhancements to the company's IT infrastructure.

Document IT processes, procedures, and configurations to ensure effective knowledge sharing and standardization.
