You will collaborate with IT and business teams to identify practical AI use cases; build and integrate Generative AI and ML solutions with enterprise applications, databases, APIs and knowledge bases; prepare structured and unstructured data; deploy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in AI/CS/Software Eng or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred, fresh graduates encouraged.
• Strong programming and AI knowledge with project work.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-powered applications and chatbots.
• Integrate Generative AI, LLMs, and ML solutions with enterprise apps and databases.
• Prepare and manage structured and unstructured data for AI applications.
• Deploy and support AI solutions on prem, cloud, or hybrid environments.

Job description

We are seeking a motivated IT Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and support AI solutions for the organization. The role involves AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, system integration, and AI infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement AI-powered applications, chatbots, AI agents, and automation solutions.

Build and integrate Generative AI, LLM, RAG, and machine learning solutions.

Integrate AI systems with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and knowledge bases.

Prepare and manage structured and unstructured data for AI applications.

Deploy and support AI solutions in on-premises, cloud, or hybrid environments.

Monitor, evaluate, and improve AI model performance, reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.

Support AI security, access control, data governance, and responsible AI practices.

Research new AI technologies and develop Proof of Concepts (POCs).

Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify and deliver practical AI use cases.

Document AI architectures, technical designs, and implementation processes.

Technical Requirements

Understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.

Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and RAG.

Knowledge of SQL, databases, REST APIs, and system integration.

Familiarity with AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn is an advantage.

Experience or knowledge in mobile application development using Dart and Flutter is an added advantage.

Exposure to Docker, cloud platforms, CI/CD, MLOps/LLMOps, or GPU-based AI infrastructure is an advantage.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

Preferably 1–3 years of relevant experience.

Fresh graduates with strong programming, AI knowledge, or relevant projects are encouraged to apply.
