• In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures.

• Leading a software engineering team; recruitment, performance assessment, training and mentoring.
• Understand the project's scope of delivery & responsible for end-to-end management of projects.
• Ensuring systems and procedures are in place to meet required quality standards.
