Job Description

MFE Formwork Technology Sdn Bhd, a leader in formwork and engineering solutions, is expanding our digital capabilities and looking for a hands‑on IT Consultant / Project Manager to drive the next phase of our ERP system.

You will work closely with external software developers, internal users, and management to ensure the system is developed, tested, and optimised according to business needs. This role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and project leadership.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate with external software partner to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables align with MFE’s operational needs.
  • Lead meetings between developers and end‑users to clarify requirements, priorities, and timelines.
  • Track progress, identify risks, and manage change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support system testing, dry runs, and go‑live activities to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Work closely with factory and office teams to identify and oversee improvement opportunities once the system is live.
Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4–8 years of experience in IT project coordination, ERP implementation, or digital transformation.
  • Strong understanding of business processes (manufacturing or operations background a plus).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable leading meetings across technical and non‑technical teams.
