Overview

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst Logistics Warehousing with focus area Warehousing IT to contribute to the transformation of the warehousing landscape. The position is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and reports to the Head of Warehousing IT at Hilti Headquarters.

What You’ll Do

As IT Business Analyst Warehousing, you identify and analyze business requirements for IT solutions based on customer needs and strategic requirements. You will leverage SAP products to support Warehouse Management for more than 50 Hilti organizations worldwide, including support activities of our global SAP system landscape, Implementing/Roll Outs, and collaboration with business, IT, and external partners.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT and/or Business Administration with GPA > 3.0 or similar
• SAP customizing experience is a must; debugging experience is a plus
• At least 2 years of experience in SAP ERP ECC 6.0 or S/4HANA, including 1 year in EWM/WM
• Practical experience in SCM and Logistics Execution (Warehouse management traditional module, iDOC interfacing to 3PL systems) and familiarity with functional processes
• Experience in design, planning, and implementing end-to-end solutions in an international environment
• Entrepreneurial minded, team player with good problem-solving skills; leadership and project management experience preferred
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
